Russia Head Coach Vladimir Kondra:
“India played a very good game. We will try again tomorrow against Belgium.”

Russia Captain Valentin Bezrokov:
“During the game, coach tried to make some changes and they worked in the fourth set.”

India Head Coach M.H. Kumara:
“I think everybody played well. In the fifth set, it was a great comeback and Naveen (#18) played well. Now I hop this does not go to their heads. At least one more win to go. But overall, an excellent performance tonight.”

TIS Reviews

hey guys, this is really a superb initiative in highlighting the sports events and heroes that the media would give a miss (intentionally or not). Just a suggestion : How about having a section for the unsung sports heros (local/national), (current/past),. A section that would showcase their achievements. e.g. Chetan Baboor : Played national level at 16. Won 2 CWG gold. Arjun Award winner. Won national title 4 times. - Abhijeet
