India's Chetan Anand won the Dutch Open Badminton in October 2009 ! Chetan lifted Dutch Open title and became only 2nd Indian to lift this title after Prakash Padukone' title win in 1982 ... Last year Chetan lost final but this time he won final in 33 mins dominating the match.
