Diju and Jwala win Chinese Taipei Grand Prix Gold

Diju and Jwala won Chinese Taipei Grand Prix Gold tournament . This was the first time any Indian pair winning such high status tournament . The GP Gold is just one level below the Super Series tournament and the title victory at the Chinese Taipei GP Gold is certainly the best-ever result in Indian doubles badminton.

hey guys, this is really a superb initiative in highlighting the sports events and heroes that the media would give a miss (intentionally or not). Just a suggestion : How about having a section for the unsung sports heros (local/national), (current/past),. A section that would showcase their achievements. e.g. Chetan Baboor : Played national level at 16. Won 2 CWG gold. Arjun Award winner. Won national title 4 times. - Abhijeet
